HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO SHIP OUT AN ORDER?

 

All orders are processed and shipped out within 3-7 Business Days. Priority orders are shipped within 3 days. Do note that orders will not be shipped or delivered during weekends and holidays.

Do check your email for the Order Confirmation Email and ensure the address is correct with no missing information.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

As much as we would love to have you receive your parcel from us as soon as possible, we have no control over the parcel once it's out of our warehouse.

As a generic timeframe, delivery estimates are between 7-16 days after shipping

Shipping speed is highly subject to customs clearance and some countries are known to be extremely slow when it comes to clearing parcels.

 

FOR STANDARD SHIPPING

USA, UK, Canada, Australia: 5-12 Business Day (up to 20 Business day during Holidays and shipping delays)

EU Region(Germany, France, Italy, you get the deal): 6-15 Business Days (up to 25 Business days during Holidays and shipping delays.

Asia: 3-5 Business Day (up to 10 Business Day during Holidays and shipping delays)

All delivery estimates provided above are to be used as a general guideline, the actual delivery time frame might be deferred due to certain circumstances.

Delivery might be delayed (it's free for most countries) due to occasions like Christmas, and Black Friday and weeks building towards it as your local Postal Office is stuffed with parcels to be delivered.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOM FEES?

 

As much as we try to minimize additional fees when sending out your orders, certain countries have strict custom checks that will inevitably charge import taxes.

All parcels will be declared at $25 which is well under the taxable amount for any country.

Should a parcel be charged any import fees, BLSSD will not be responsible for customs/duties/taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

 

All orders are being sent with a tracking number.
