BLSSD is not associated with any brand and should not be mistaken as an imitation product. Any resemblances are purely coincidental.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES (7 DAYS)
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date (tracking shows “delivered”).
To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused

Must be returned with original tags and original packaging (where applicable)

Items must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, damage, or signs of use

Items must be well packaged to avoid damage in transit
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements, the return may be refused or issued reduced store credit.
FIRST ORDER FREE RETURN / EXCHANGE (ELIGIBLE ORDERS)
We offer one (1) FREE return label or one (1) FREE exchange label on your first order only, for eligible items returned within 7 days.
Important:

One free label per customer (based on order history + matching email and/or shipping address)

Free return/exchange applies to eligible full-price items only

Any additional returns/exchanges after the first order are customer-paid
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
You can request a return/exchange by:

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Please do not send the package to the address on the shipping label (that label address belongs to the courier and not us).
WILL I BE REFUNDED BACK TO MY BANK ACCOUNT?
Standard returns are processed as store credit only.
Store credit will be sent electronically (gift card / credit to use on BLSSD).
Exchanges are also processed as store credit so you can reorder the correct size/item (stock depends on availability).
THE PRODUCT DOESN’T FIT. I NEED A SIZE UP/DOWN.

We will respond with return/exchange instructions.
Size exchanges are processed as store credit for you to reorder the correct size.
You can also choose to exchange for another product of your choice (subject to availability).
DO YOU PROVIDE RETURN LABELS?
Yes.

First order only (eligible): we provide one free return label OR one free exchange label (one-time use per customer).

After the first order: customers are responsible for purchasing a return label (labels may be available on our website or we may provide the cost/instructions).
Return shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the issue is our fault).
WHEN DO I NEED TO SEND MY RETURN?
After your return/exchange is approved and you receive instructions, please ship your return within 7 days.
Returns sent too late may be refused.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Order cancellations/changes can only take place within 1 hour after the order is placed.

If your order is cancelled within the 1-hour window, the payment will be returned to the original payment method.

Cancellation or amendments requested after 1 hour are not guaranteed (orders may already be processed or shipped).
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / WRONG ITEM
If you receive the wrong item, or your item arrives damaged/defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Clear photos/video of the issue (and packaging if relevant)
If approved, we will provide a replacement or a refund to the original payment method (or store credit if you prefer).
Do not wear or wash the item before contacting us.
FINAL SALE / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Gift cards

Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items

PROCESSING TIME
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for processing your store credit.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to duties/taxes charged by your country. These fees are not controlled by us and are non-refundable.
